Nice restaurant, very good food. Half board was satisfying. Awesome New Year's Eve dinner. Free parking space. Great saunas and swimming pool. Nice view of Nauders castle from the room. Convenient location for ski bus. Fantastic ski locker storage. Well-run hotel with friendly staff.

What a fabulous break we had! The staff were so warm and welcoming, they made us feel like old friends. The food was a highlight; every meal was delicious and there were plenty of vegetarian options. The sauna and pool area were so relaxing, with stunning mountain views in the distance.

Although the room was cozy, the bathroom could have used some updating. , the parking was a bit challenging and often crowded.

We loved the central location, easy access to ski bus and beautiful mountain views. Staff was friendly and breakfast was yummy. Parking was safe and convenient.

I had a fantastic stay here in this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the center of town with beautiful narrow streets. It's also conveniently close to the ski bus for easy access to the slopes. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. The room amenities were excellent, with a comfortable sitting area and a flat-screen TV. The spa and wellness center was a highlight, with an amazing indoor swimming pool and a range of beauty treatments available. The sun terrace was a great place to relax and enjoy the breathtaking mountain views.

This hotel is also great for families, as there is a children's play area and a children's menu available.

Tucked away in the mountain, this hotel is surrounded by picturesque views of snow-capped peaks. Conveniently located near the ski bus stop and the village center with its tight alleys, it also offers access to many hiking trails. the charmingly decorated rooms are equipped with local wood furniture, heated towel racks, and plush blankets, while the rich breakfast is the perfect fuel to start skiing or exploring the slopes. the indoor pool and sauna add extra comfort after a day of activities.

The on-site parking may be challenging to navigate for larger vehicles.

Christmas at this hotel was a great experience! the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel at home from the start. We enjoyed the delicious meals at the restaurant, especially the changing menu which offered great options every day. the indoor pool and various saunas were a nice addition, and the location was perfect, just a few steps from the ski, bus station and supermarket. We also loved the beautiful views from the hotel.

The rooms and bathroom were a bit out of date and could use some updating. the Wi, Fi was not free and could have been faster, which was a bit inconvenient.
